Faulty Sky Q Box - replacement requirer

I've spent 30mins trying to work out how to get hold of someone at sky - this is my last hope!!

Sky boxes freezes mid program, when rebooted sometimes it displays Technical Fault, sometimes it says there's a problem with hard drive.  Home TV Guide does not always display thumbnail images, not all App images display, not all Apps load, Apps crash, programme recording is random with duplicate recording of programmes on different channels or shown later in the week, sometimes they only show as part recorded!

Ive completed all the online fault diagnostics including a full hard drive reset and the faults are still present.  The box has been restarted at least 10 times today!

I need the box to be assessed for a replacement urgently!

@Karen0908 If you follow the link below it should lead to ordering a replacement box

If a replacement is sent it will normally be a doorstep swap so you will need to have the box disconnected and ready to be handed to the delivery driver.

Remember to remove the viewing card from the old box.

Also check the new box as there are 2 types  of power socket one that is a C&/figure of 8 or an orange multi pin socket make sure the delivery driver also gives you the correct power cable as these atre often not removed from the packaging.

The power cable is usually in the box under the cardboard that the box sits on so is missed.
