Fault

Good morning, 

 

A week ago my TV would not allow me to pause live TV and nor does it allow me to rewind TV or forward wind 

 

when I try to pause the TV a message comes up as follows:

 

this service is not available because of a problem with your hard disk drive 

 

is this something that you can explain & assist with?
