Fault with TV

Intermittent fault when tv comes on. Sometimes no picture or Sometimes sound. Turned it off at power then all OK. Any advice would be appreciated.

Tried a different TV if you think it's faulty?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
