Failure to record

Hi. I have a subscription which includes Sky Witness. On Sunday I wanted to record Watson, it is on series link, it failed to record and it always has before this weekend. It is  now  saying I need to upgrade to watch Watson. Advice greatly appreciated please!

hi @danae+robertson 

 

if you are now trying to watch from catch up then it is quite likely that the format of the download is not matched to  your subscription - i.e. you are trying to download & watch the UHD version without the UHD subscription or the HD version without the HD susbscription.

 

Check the default download format in 
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
