How to reconnect my sky mint box I have a MR102 error message i

I have rebooted my TV and sky box several times with no success. Can anyone advise the next step or do I need to get a sky engineer out

@Reconnection1 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box
