Failed recordings and empty recording schedule

I've just returned home after 10 days to find sky Q box wouldn't come on , I unplugged it waited five mins or so for it to reboot like it has soooooo many times before and noticed to my dismay I have several failed recordings commencing 3 rd October ! 2 days after I left !!

The main problem I have though is that all scheduled future recordings have disappeared there's nothing in the planner at all !!! .I'm seriously ****** off, I don't expect to pay over £120pcm for these troubles .

anyone know how to resurrect it ?
