Had Sky Q fitted yesterday and it worked when the engineer demo’d it. I am unable to get it working

It worked fine when demo'd by the engineer, and has worked a few times after turnjng back in since but i am not getting 'mode not supported' which i assume relates to the hdmi connection??

 

please help

Sorry meant to say "I am getting Mode not supported message and no signal all the time now.

Hi @Alex011278   Unless it a really old TV then I would try resetting it back to 1080i. Simply point your Sky Q remote at the Sky Q box and press the following keys in sequence Home 1 0 8 0 Home.
