Failed, No Subscription Downloads

I've been trying to download Hacks now for days, asked my friend to check if she could on hers and she can download no problem. I can download to my phone but not on the sky q box. I can't apparently download anything on the box, everything says failed, no subscription. I can download movie purchases though.

I've power cycled, updated the software and done the reset where the recordings don't get deleted.

Anymore ideas as I don't really want to lose the recordings as my Mum records EVERYTHING as she doesn't like using apps etc, which is fine I completely understand it.

Any help or ideas 💡

May I suggest you try re-freshing the card :

 

Main Menu -> Settings -> System Info  scroll across to the viewing card & click on 'setup'

Then click on the button (the whole message) which ends 'Use this option to trigger a callback' 

 

This isn't a call back as such but initiates a rfresh of the viewing card - I have no idea how long this takes it could be many hours or even a day or so
