Have, you:
Switche off all your Sky equipment at the wall? If not switch off, leave for a few minutes (go and make yourself a cuppa). Switch back on and allow time for it to reboot. Then it's tie work, then great if not, go to settings, select system information, then software version, followed by setup ( to the right), click on software update, drink your tea, after about 5 minutes switch off at the wall again and leave it a few minutes, it should work when switched on. It a long winded process, try not to rush it
