Would somebody please explain 🥹

I set a recording for the F1 race early hours of the morning  in Australia 

I tried to play it this morning & it tells me it cannot play it on this device, although I have sky sports package ???

Hi @Lesleycls are you trying to watch content recorded in UHD without a UHD subscription?, or on a device that doesn't support UHD playback? ie the SKY go app?

I am guessing you may be trying to watch a UHD recording on your mini (or via SKY go)

Unfortunately if you want to watch on a mini you must record in HD (many of us record in both formats in case)
