Extra charges

Hi I've Received a text about not returning equipment and you are going to charge me. I've don't know what this is about as I don't have equipment to send back or canceled anything

I have escalated your post to SKY who, hopefully, will be in touch who may be able to identify why you have got the text or maybe even see if it is a possible scam text

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Hi @Karon123   You should be made aware that this is primary a community of customers. Customers helping other customers, you are not talking to Sky. I'm afraid that you will not get an answer here. You need to contact SKY. Just make sure that it is not a scam text.
