Extra Q mini

I've looked and looked on sky, but unable to find how to add an extra Q mini, I've also searched on here, I've not got sky phone or broadband so unable to contact them that way, so has anyone got an actual phone number so I can call to order an extra Q mini, or any other suggestions on how to add the mini?

Hi @Tonkie   Have you tried ordering it from your My Sky, choice of Sky Q box, website or the My Sky App.

I have my sky, but didn't show anything about an extra box, but I found a phone number on there and called, ordered one with free delivery as a VIP member 😁

Still £50, but a saving of £6 with the free delivery, another but is that after I order I looked at my orders and it's saying a 5-6 weeks wait as there's a shortage, never told me that on the phone 😳

Already cancelled it as we never used from December.

What are you trying to do? Your post isn't making much sense. Sky don't 'collect' any boxes.
