External Wall Insulation and new render

Hi, we are having external wall insulation fitted and new silicon render. Our sky dish has temporarily been moved by a sky engineer to the scaffolding whilst the work is happening. When the sky engineer returns to fine tune it the dish, I understand they will need a ladder safety bolt hole. However, due to the external wall insulation i dont think this will be possible. Are there any alternative options?

If Sky won't then you could pay an independent to do it (who's H&S rules allow it).

You'll also encounter a problem should a Sky engineer need to carry out maintenance on the dish in the future.
