Excess cabling left behind

Engineer visited and replaced old sky box with SkyQ.  I have multi-room and engineer left behind lots of cabling ...should they  have removed? I

It was hidden behind a curtain & didn't notice it until he'd left!  What shall I do with it?

@ChrisD1 The engineers don't remove the old cabling that went to other rooms that had multiroom boxes in. I still have the cabling that was left from when I had Q installed in 2016
