We had fibre optic installed yesterday. Now we have no network connection. Our main box is not connected to mini boxes. The sky viewing card isn't working. Our landline doesn't work. I'm on the verge of cancelling every sky product I have as I can't get through to customer service and they don't respond to emails.

If you need to contact Sky you need to persevere by phone.

Sky don't use email as a general method of communication which is why you haven't received a response. What's happening when you call? Is it just a long wait (in which case I'm afraid you'll have to persevere)?

PERSEVERE????? The message when calling Sky clearly states the wait is up to 10 minutes, I was waiting 35 minutes. Not acceptable. This is shocking customer service.

If Sky doesn't use email as a method of communication why is there an email address on the website?
