Everything going wrong

3 months of issues with sky and still having problems sky q box don't come on without cutting power on both mini and main , when watching app it just goes of when ever it feels like , hours spent on the phone with them , I've had so many problems I now think I could be an engineer which still can't fix all the problems

Had new box and new lines in to house fibre and 2 engineers works for about a week then goes back the same
