Ethernet Connection
Our skyq box is connected to our router via the ethernet but is not recognising it. We have recently changed to full fibre with gigaclear. We've tried going through set up to get the skybox to reconnect but this hasn't worked.

You're doing a Network Reset on the Q I assume? Do you have any minis and are they switched on? I would leave them off. Have you disabled wifi? If not I would do that too.
