Error you need to upgrade

I have yesterday got sky glass in my kitchen - great as it is I now find that my living room SkyQ is coming up with the error message of :

To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription.

 

this in appearing on the Home Screen, any sky channel, Comedy Central, apps screen, recordings screen etc.

 

 

what should I do?

Hi @MagicNM 

If you have subscribed to Sky Glass then your Sky Q Subscription has ended and all your Sky Q boxes will be requested for return to Sky

@MagicNM afraid so you can only subscribe to either Sky Q or Sky Glass you cannot subscribe to both atr the same time.

Once you activate Sky Glass it ends your Sky Q subscription

Hi @MagicNM 

You can only subscribe to one Sky TV package and cannot have Sky Glass and Sky Q at the same account address.

Thank you for making this clear, this wasn't mentioned when I purchased sky glass and knocks out 2 of our other TVs with the mini boxes and signal quality isn't as good as the dish.

Hi @MagicNM 

You can replace any minis for additional TV's with Sky Stream pucks.   To do this you need the Glass Whole Home subscription.
