Error message when trying to use Red button

When trying to use the Red button option on Sky Sports (F1 or football) I get this error message: 'sorry, the App is currently unavailalbe, please try again later'.

 

I have tried to unplug the SkyQ box at the mains and switch it back on several times, but the issue remains. This has been an issue since SkyQ was installed on 24th August 2023.
