Error message code NW-2-5

I am having problems getting the internet to connect to a second tv in another room.  I was supplied with a booster from Sky because of the distance from the box and that room.  It seems like the booster may not be working 

 

I'm relying to connect to Netflix and getting message error 

'Netflix has encounter an error, code NW-2-5

please help
