Error message MR104

The main and mini boxes say they are not on WiFi, but all our other devices are. I have tried every way known to man to establish contact, but to no avail. What is to be done?

@clarkbe have you rebooted/reset your router

then

tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Re: Error message MR104

Thanks Laing1 - I think I have done as you suggest, but the same error message keeps appearing. Perhaps the boxes have reached the end of their useful lives?
