Error code tvq pb 101

Screen saying 

There's an issue with your streaming device. Let's try exiting Netflix and then re-opening it.

But it won't allow me to exit that screen, its just stuck, I've unplugged everything and plugged back in but not doing anything.

Hi @aidypop7 

Is this using Netflix in a Smart TV App or are you using Netflix in your Q box App?
