Error code 508
Please help!!
I am trying to watch Netflix, I have it included in my package.
When I click to watch it comes up with 'you already have this package added to your sky subscription. You can start watching shortly, channel upgrades usually take a few minutes etc.
I have left it overnight but the error code is still there 🙁
What do I need to do?

Apparently this error occurs as you have recenetly upgraded your package as it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours to filter through to your viewing card. What you could try is to unplug your Sky Q box from the mains and wait 30 seconds. Unplug all cables and your viewing card. Plug it all back in and go through the boot up process. If this doesn't work you may need to call for a refresh signal. 150 is the free number to use if you have Sky Mobile or Talk or the number under "Need more help" on this page - Sky Help | Sky.com
