We haven't changed anything, yet on trying to watch Elvis, in UHD in our UHD TV, it's telling us our TV doesn't support Ultra HD. Have checked HDMI leads etc, problem persists.
Please help

Yes, we checked all that, all was as should be.... in the end turned everything off and back on 10 mins later and it worked 🙄

Check here to double-check that your Sky Q box is still set to the relevant 2160p resolution.
Also, in the case that your TV may have downloaded a software download, check the settings that may have reset its UHD handling. On my Samsung, it's under Settings > General > External Device Manager > HDMI UHD Color - select the relevant HDMI port for your Q box.
Good luck.

Currently getting the error UH011 message. Everything was fine this morning and then suddenly it switched to 1080 and now when I go to 2160 it says this input on your tv doesn't support ultra hd when clearly it does. Tv is LG C1. Bought a new cable but made no difference.

Just tired this morning and it switched this time. Very strange but all good.
