Error Message

Why am I paying £200a month for a package that constantly says I have reached the maximum number of skyq mini boxes in use. Every TV in my house & box is off apart from the one I am trying to watch. Absolute joke Sky. Your TV & broadband this last month has been diabolical. Why am I even still with you??? £200 a month. RIP OFF

No mobile phones. We have 3 mini boxes, full TV package including cinema & sports, TNT sports, broadband & house phone, ultra HD package, sky kids & netflix premium package. That's why it's £200 a month, but it has been consistently useless for the last month at least.

HOW are you paying £200 a month? TV tops out at about £120 all in. Broadband is never £80 surely? Oh - have you got mobile phones too?

Do you have people watching on ipads? That shouldn't count against the mini count though.

Are you sure the other mini boxes are turned off and not just the TVs?

TNT is probably the delta I hadn't considered

I assume you didn't mean to mark that post as the answer to your problem?
