After resetting the setting I cannot get past the " Important information" Accessibility on Sky Q because the online help link does not work on my devices.

Hi @georgegcoker 

Reset your Q box remote by pressing  and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. 
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes.   However the remote must be pointed directly at the Q box.

Switch your Q box back on and you then you should be able to get past the setup issues.

Once you get the Q box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

I tracked down the link, another way and followed your instructions and got to reset the remote control and then I had to switch off and on the SkyQ box and service was resumed  Thank You. I have had no service since 15th October.

Sky Q remotes
My Sky Q remote won't control my Sky Q box
1. Check your batteries and buttons2. Check your box3. Re-pair your remote4. Restart your Sky Q box5. Virtual remote
Check your box
If you're still having problems with your remote, check to see if there's a problem with your Sky Q box.

Press the standby button on the front panel of your Sky Q box. The light should either turn from green to amber, or from red or amber to green.
