 I  have not fully read this but I think this discussion was similar

Also I found another discussion that, I think, contrary to my advice of setting the Control on seems to imply try switching it off 

Edit - my post initially crossed yours - I think that is the setting on your TV

Yes I read that thread previously but exhausted everything mentioned 

what are you advising to now turn off?

Try switching  to OFF the HDMI Contol on the SKY Q box I suggested on earlier 

I am not holding my breath but probably worth a try

After that I admit I don't know what to suggest
