I received message about sky equipment i haven't received anything to pack the equipment into and there has been applied charges on my account

If you don't return the hardware then you'll be charged (regardless of whether you've received return boxes or not).  The contract is clear that it's your responsibility to return loaned hardware.

Remember to keep proof of posting.

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

Once you have posted it back, and have proof of posting we can maybe get you some help through the Messaging Team on here to have the non-return charges cancelled so post it back asap.
