Equipment
Have just had a letter to say we are being charged for sky q box we didn't order. Have been having house renovation so didn't know we even had this equipment. Will return it tomorrow asap. Pls can you take the £50 charge off of our bill

Sky will credit it once the box is returned and processed.
This appears to be taking several weeks at the moment - ensure you keep your proof of posting...
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
