Equipment returned

I have returned my equipment sky still sending me text messages they haven't received it I got receipts from post office and in the app sky said they have received it they going to charge me I don't understand

The process to update the systems for returned equipment sometimes is not as swift as it could be.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
