Equipment damaged in storm
My satellite dish was damaged in storm Goretti. I want advice and for note to be put on my account that I will not be paying for service while I have no satellite signal.

Re: Equipment damaged in storm
You can't withhold payment! Your services would be restricted and late payment fees would be added.
You will need to contact Sky and arrange an engineer. After these adverse weather events wait times inevitably increase.

Contact Sky to book a repair (which is obviously in increased demand this week)
and for note to be put on my account that I will not be paying for service while I have no satellite signal.
That's not an option: you can request a goodwill refund afterwards but Sky has no obligation to comply.
