@Sharon210 If you want Sky to do that you will have to call and request it, be aware there is a cost (around £65), and there may be a long wait due to the lack of installers.
It may be quicker to employ a local independent engineer.

You could also buy satellite cable extension kits and do it yourself if that is something you would be comfortable with and is practical.
