We're other customers here...
It's quite possible they don't have any 'new' boxes given the mid-term future of the product.
You'll have to call Sky again I'm afraid.

@AmandaPrice if you have not done so try resetting your router by holding the button on the back of the router for 10 seconds once the router has reset then try using wps to connect your main Q box to your router
