Engineer visit

I have been told that i have an engineer visit booked but have had no information as to when they will arrive. How do i talk to someone (human) to ask when this is booked in for?

I believe customers who book an engineer for their Sky Q equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when their engineer is expected to arrive.

OK thank you, 

Do they not advise before the day of arrival when they will be coming? Is there a way to find out in advance (talk to someone) so i can ensure i am in/available?
