Engineer visit

We had visit planned for between 8am and 1pm then got a message saying arriving between 11.30 and1.30 now saying it might not happen we have been waiting all morning it was booked weeks ago this needs to be done today are you going to pay us for our time wasted?

As we're other customers here, no.

 

You may be eligible for compensation: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Clare121   You should note that only Broadband and/or Talk are eligible for compensation.
