Phoned Sky and they talked me through resetting Netflix . Didn't work so sent an engineer. I have BT Infinity. I have a sky booster. The rooms are both on ground floor. Initially worked then failed. Engineer said it wont work as minibox technology not up to Netflix coming from two rooms away. Left without getting multiroom to work. @RitaStapleton

Maybe worth trying ethernet powerline adapters. One each for the Q, mini and router.
