I do not have satellite signal and have tried everything. Please can you send an engineer

Hi @BaileyHoney84   I'm afraid that you are not talking to Sky customer services here. This is a public community forum. You need to contact Sky to book an engineer. Is there anything that your fellow customers can help you with?
