Engineer not turned up

An engineer was supposed to come today between 8-1pm to install Sky Q, but I have heard nothing and no one has turned up. 

is there a way to find out what is going on, complain and (I guess) rebook?

It's unlikely the contact centre agents will know yet why there's a delay.

 

My son had Sky Q installed in December and his engineer was late but he then received a call saying they were delayed and trying to find another engineer which they did and he arrived about 40 mins later so don't give up hope just yet.
