Does anybody know the phone number to make a complaint to Sky? I can't find a number on the app that related to missed appointments. I was due to have my Sky Q installed by an engineer today between 12pm and 5pm. I have taken the day off work and waited all day for the engineer to show up. It's now gone past the appointment window and I have had no updates from Sky to why no engineer has not turned up today. I understand that problems arise and appointments need to be cancelled, but to have no updates or reasons to why no one has turned up is very poor customer service. 😡
