Engineer confirmed for today, no arrival
We had an engineer booked for today to arrive between 8am and 1pm. No one has shown up, and we've had no call to say someone is on their way. I cannot get through on the telephone.

Apparently customers who book an engineer for their Sky Q equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when the engineer is expected to arrive.
Theres a good chance they've been delayed at an earlier appointment which will impact later visits.

Hi! I've not had any tracking link either - just a message to say the engineer will arrive between 8am and 1pm. Just frustrating as you can't get through on the telephone

The phone lines are busy most of the time. I doubt Sky would be able to update you as to the reason for the delay and / or give an ETA.
