Engineer canceled twice

The engineer has canceled on me twice now and I've wasted two days waiting for him. Yesterday he was supposed to come but didn't even have to courtesy to tell me he couldn't make it. I was in the house all day until 8pm waiting for him. 

Meanwhile my sky subscription started a month ago so I've now just paid a month of SKY for nothing because I can't even use the service I've paid for because you guys can't get someone out here to actually install it. 

At this point I'm fed up - this feels like a breach of contract and makes me think I'm better off going with a competitor.

Hi @Bozhangles   Perhaps you are not aware that this is a public community forum,  I'm afraid that it is not speaking to customer services, just fellow customers. However I see it has been escalated,  look out for the message bubble.
