Hello hi,

I've got an issue with my mini box that's Just installed I have a problem with no menu on the screen wondering could you get me a Engineer out please? That would be grateful thank you.

Hi @David284 

If the mini is showing a Green led

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the mini box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the mini box remote control.

This will change the mini box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

This is a customer helps customer forum so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here and can't arrange an engineer here. 

Have you rebooted the boxes?

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
