ETA for engineer booking today

I would like an ETA for an engineer booking that was made for today as I have move house.

We can't tell you that. I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other. Hopefully the engineer will call or text when he/she is on their way.
