@Sammymack1967  If it's a Sky Q box obtained from Sky it won't be displaying Sky Deutschland, it's likely to be your TV showing this name on the HDMI input on your TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Ah yes good suggestion. Isn't that device identity info transmitted over CEC? Or is it just a code the TV looks up in some internal database?
