Download

After having my services reinstated I am unable to download anything from catch up or on demand. Getting a message saying need to upgrade. I have just about every package from sky on my subscription. Have followed all troubleshooting steps on the website and still not able to download. Not happy considering I pay over £200 per month to sky

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Almost six hours and no response. Customer for over eight years and can't even get help to receive all the services I pay for

Hi,

 

I am having same issue.

 

I have full Tv package and Hd, yet can't download from Sky tv channels and says "uograde" which is clearly wrong.

 

Any help appreciated. Been going round in circles.

Mine seemed to sort itself out after 3 days or so. Got absolutely no help at all from sky with this matter
