Download failed, no subscription

Trying to download True Detective season 4 ep 5 but keep getting "download failed, no subscription" I have downloaded every other ep with no problem and I am paying for HD. Getting tired.of this now,.may be time to bin Sky all.together.

Hi, I'm not gonna be frustrating trying to download an episode. Try rebooting your box and doing it again. I've just tried it and it worked for me so it might be just a reboot. The box needs.
