Downgraded package

Good evening can any help & advise please. We recently downgraded our sky package as we could no longer justify £140 a month. We agreed on sky signature with full fibre broadband. Today I recieved a txt saying packaging has been sent out for us to return the sky box, another txt saying we now have to pay for Netflix & just come to watch a recorded program & it's failed due to non subscription. We was assured this would all remain as is except for the parts we cancelled. I'm so confused & can't get a real person to speak to 😔

That doesn't give you access to Netflix so you would need to pay separately for this.

That shouldn't have happened as you would only to return equipment if you have cancelled a service completely.

Is the program in HD because unless it is from a free channel like the BBC, ITV etc you would need to HD package to be able to access it. You should be able to download it from catchup (if it is available) in SD to view it.
