How do I downgrade my subscription. I'm feeling cheated badly

You will have to do this tomorrow now as there are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.
