Please help. I've bought a new tv which is a sky glass. I have sky Q but can't seem to get it to work without it cutting off every time I switch it on. The remote disconnects and the sky Qbox and getting annoying now. Also when I go on a channel to watch it has a shaded box along bottom of the screen with favorites and won't go off. I need help.
