No one in this forum can tell you that.

 

As a general principle, Protect is never included by default in a Sky television subscription, and is always a subsequent add-on.

Did you take out a Sky Protect policy because if you didn't then no you haven't got it.

Hi @handicap08   What is a Sky Policy? Do you mean subscription, in which case look at your bills on the Sky Q box and/or your Bank account to see if you are paying for it. You have to make a positive  decision to add it to your account. It does not get added automatically and is not free.

Hi @handicap08   That is a different question, yes all Sky Q boxes are loaned and maintained free by Sky.
